These terms apply to the Trully website at trully.litau.app and to the Founding Traveler purchase. By using the site or buying, you agree to them.
Who we are
Trully is operated by Ilya Litau (“we”, “us”). Contact: litaui100@gmail.com.
What you are buying
The Founding Traveler offer is a one-time payment of $29.99 for lifetime access to the Trully travel app and instant access to Grandpa’s web city guides (Lisbon, Paris, Rome, Barcelona, London, with more cities added over time).
- The Trully app is planned to launch on iPhone and Android in December 2026. The launch date is a plan, not a guarantee. The app counts as launched when it is available for download in both the App Store and Google Play. If it has not launched by 31 December 2026, we refund everyone in full who bought the Founding Traveler offer. No need to ask (see the Refund Policy).
- “Lifetime” means for as long as the Trully app is offered by us. If we ever discontinue the app, we will tell you in advance by email.
- The founding price is available for our first supporters and only until launch.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, taxes, invoicing and refunds on our behalf. Paddle’s own terms apply to the payment, and your receipt will come from Paddle.
The city guides
The guides are provided as general travel information and reflect the sources named in each entry on the date shown. Opening hours, prices, booking rules and closures change. Always check the official source before you travel. We are not responsible for changes made by the places themselves, or for decisions you make based on the guides.
Your guide link
After payment you receive a private link to the guides. Please keep it to yourself. We may disable links that are shared publicly or abused.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or republish the guides or the app content, do not attack or overload the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The Trully name, the turtle character, the texts and illustrations belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use what you buy.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we use your email only to tell you about Trully. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Liability
The site and guides are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits rights that you have by law as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce your right to the refund described in the Refund Policy for purchases already made.
