Privacy Policy

Trully is operated by Ilya Litau. Contact: litaui100@gmail.com. This policy explains what we collect on trully.litau.app and why.

What we collect

• Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and, if present, the campaign tags (UTM parameters) from the link you arrived from.
• Purchase email and order details. If you buy, Paddle collects your payment details and email as Merchant of Record. We receive your email and the order reference so we can send your guide link. We never see your full card number.
• Usage analytics. We measure visits and clicks (for example page views, checkout opened, waitlist submitted) to understand whether people want Trully.

Why we use it

• To send you the guide link after purchase and a note when Trully launches.
• To count visits, clicks and sign-ups so we can decide whether to build the app.
• To process payments, taxes and refunds (done by Paddle).

Who processes your data

• Paddle (Merchant of Record): payment, tax, invoicing, refunds. Paddle is an independent controller for payment data. See Paddle’s privacy policy.
• PostHog: product analytics. We run it without cookies in your browser. The events from your visit (such as page views and clicks) are sent to and stored by PostHog on servers in the United States. PostHog may process your IP address to work out the approximate location of a visit.
• Resend: sends our emails and stores the waitlist. Until our Resend list is connected, waitlist addresses are kept in our PostHog project (United States) and then moved to Resend.
• Vercel: hosts the website.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not run advertising trackers.

Cookies

We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Paddle may use cookies of its own in the checkout window.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until the test ends without a launch. Purchase emails are kept for as long as you have access to Trully, or as long as needed for refunds and legal obligations. Tax records kept by Paddle follow legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from emails, by writing to litaui100@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Some of the services above are based outside your country, including in the United States. They apply safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

Children

Trully is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will update this page and its date if anything changes.
