Refund Policy

We want you to buy Trully without worry. Here is the simple version.

1. Within 14 days of purchase

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of paying, for any reason, no questions asked. Write to us and we will process it.

2. If the app isn’t out by 31 December 2026

The Trully app is planned for December 2026. It counts as launched when it is available for download in both the App Store and Google Play. If it is not available in both stores by 31 December 2026, we refund everyone in full who bought the Founding Traveler offer. No need to ask: we send the refunds ourselves.

How to ask

Email litaui100@gmail.com from the email you used to buy, and include your Paddle order number if you have it. You can also request a refund through Paddle, which handles payments as Merchant of Record.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider, usually within a few business days after approval.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not reduce, any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
